The image upgrade for the multi-brand Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and Fiat consisted of the renovation and addition to an existing building on the Helfman Katy Facility. The new exterior consisted of curtain wall with sunshades and ACM panels with the addition of a service drive. The exterior vehicle display areas had dyed stamped concrete and landscaping. The luxury interiors had divided spaces for each brand with a central customer seating area with the evolution of the different brand vehicles. The showroom had multiple millwork niches showcasing different materials that could be integrated into a vehicle. Each brand has separate glass sales office set off from the showroom and one reception area,
